Directions

Be sure to read the label before using and use only as directed. As a nutritional supplement, take 1 capsule (1 cap =1serving) of RIPPED FREAK on an empty stomach with 8 ounces of water twice per day, at least one half hour before eating. OPTIONAL SECOND SERVING: Take your second serving (1 cap= 1 serving) in the early afternoon, on an empty stomach, at least one half hour before eating. On training days, take 1 serving (1 cap=1 serving) 30-60 minutes before training. Do not exceed more than 2 capsules per day. As always, drink at least ten 8-ounce glasses of water per day. For best results, use RIPPED FREAK with a good diet low in processed foods and follow a hardcore training program.
