Product Description
The more scientific breakthroughs we have, the more 1.M.R gets better and better. Much research and development has gone into creating this Ultra-Concentrated and Extra-Strength before-workout powder. This research has led to the newest developments in pre-workout powders, which allows you to achieve top speed and strength for all of your workouts. This product gives you constant release of muscle building nutrients, and is the only pre-workout supplement that allows delayed onset pain to become actual muscle growth.
Recommended Usage
It is important that you read the entire label before using this product. 1.M.R is incredibly powerful, and should only be taken on days when you will be working out.
Take one serving (1 scoop) on TRAINING DAYS ONLY. This should be taken 15-30 minutes prior to working out, and should be blended with 6-8 ounces of water or another beverage, or as a qualified physician or healthcare practitioner has advised.
- Only take 1 serving on any training day and do not consume food or protein shakes for one hour after taking.
- Because 1.M.R helps increase alertness, it should not be taken within four hours of your bedtime.
- When taken after eating, 1.M.R may not be as effective as it should be.
- Depending on how your system works, you will notice a significant change in energy, mental focus and volumizing effects within 15-45 minutes of ingestion.
Warnings: This product is not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18. Never take more than the recommended dose. Get the express permission from a licensed physician before using 1.M.R, especially if you are on any medications, have a medical condition of any kind, or are pregnant, considering becoming pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not drink coffee or other beverages with caffeine as this product contains approximately the same amount of caffeine as three full cups of coffee. The negative side effects of too much caffeine can include, but are not limited to, nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and rapid heartbeat. If you experience these or other symptoms such as dizziness, severe headaches and shortness of breath, stop using this product immediately.

I have tried many Pre wrkout but 1.M.R. has always been my favorite for the past year or 2!
