One of the best investments you can make when it comes to creatine

I have used Kre-Alk many times over the last couple of years. I think I personally respond to it better than regular creatine mono. I don't keep records of my lifts to see if I have set a new pr or anything. I'm 50 yrs old and I work out to stay in shape. The reason I think I respond to this is because I know when I'm on it I am able to lift more and work out longer than without it. If taken with beta alanine it really improves endurance. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to increase strength.

I took a long break form using any time of creatine (around 5 months), so when I saw this for only $10, I thought, hey why not? Plus i had never used Kre-Alkalyn before so I was curious. I must say, for the price, nothing tops this product. I put on good size and made good strength gains, felt like a beast. I did not experience any bloating as well, also a nice plus. My dosing was only 2 caps post workout, so my supply lasted for about 2 months. Just a heads up, this review is NOT for the Kre-Alkalyn EFX Pro, but the original. I highly suggest you at least give this product a try, what else are you going to spend $10 on?
