Jack3d micro worked really well I was a huge difference in my focus and energy. I saw some pumps, but it wasn’t quite as good as I expected. The flavor was great I am going to start stacking with an bcaa supplement. My rest time between sets was shorter and I was able to push more weight. Usually it takes me about an hour and a half to finish my workout, but on jack3d I finished in 1 hour so I had some time to spare. Jack3d made me want to do nothing, but lift more and more. I lifted for another hour and 15 minutes, the only reason I stopped is because I absolutely had to I felt like I could have went for another couple hours. While I was lifting for this extra hour I beat my pb of clean by 20 lbs!! I also did 3 more tire flips per set then I usually can do. Overall jack3d micro is a great way to get good clean energy and maximize your workouts, I would recomend it to anyone and everyone.
