Directions: As a dietary supplement, begin taking 1 capsule a day for the first seven days. After the first week, 2 capsules a day may be used, then if user chooses he may increase to the max dosage of 3 capsules per day. Never exceed three capsules a day for any reason. Under no circumstances should the initial dose be exceeded or be ignored.
