In the past, I have used a pre-workout drink (BSN Hyper Fx) and was thinking of purchasing it again. I REALLY liked the results it gave me during my workouts, and I just dread doing a workout w/out it. Anyways, I just read that it also supports testosterone.. Is it okay for me to take this? I'm a 5'2 160 lb female, I don't want to start growing chin hairs or anything else :/ lol.. some input on this ingredient would be helpful or also suggestions for a better pre-workout out drink that gives good results. Thanks in advance
