Hi Denial,
First of all ,u should try with any protein powder ;whey isolate and whey concentrate.Most important,start multi vitamins:that is necessary to build a healthy body first,that will give u stamina in performing vigorous exercise at gym …all the best !
About online support,I have no idea about phone number but ,it is helpful to shoot an email on their website as they reply u instantly,HOPE THIS HELPS!!

I have a simple and straightforward recipe for you… Just make sure to take creatine, glutamine, protein powder and eat lots of vegetables.. This is what I had when i first entered the circuit.. hope it helps..
