I would like to start taking pre and post supplements to get the most from my workouts. I would also like to take fat burners. Currently I only have protein shake. I have hypo-thyroid and have to take meds. All the supplement labels say not to take them if you have thyroid issues. I was wondering if their is anyone that is safely taking supplements that have thyroid issues. Thanks

I haven't looked this up in quite a while, and I'm not sure there's any degree of validity to it --> so I'll have to stress my use of the term [alleged], as I'm sure it was something taken out of context. I just figured you might have heard something similar throughout the years.
I'l see if I've got anything archived.
