Does it affect me negatively if I drink my protein 10 minutes before entering the sauna? I've been doing that and heard i shouldn't. True?

Please don't get offended!

Drink your protein whenever you want. If anybody says otherwise, don't pay attention to them!

Dude , not to go offtopic or offend you in anyway….but if you are of less weight…why would you go to the sauna ?

Also , on topic , it doesn't affect you negatively. (the protein thing)

No I don't agree with whatever you guys replied.

My coach also suggested around 2 years ago that it is not good practice to have protein just before Sauna - You may have it at least 30 minutes ago!
