i agree that you shouldnt really be cutting. but hey your going to do what your going to do, nothing anyone says here will change your mind. but anyway….
too many people stop lifting heavy when they start a cut. they lift heavy during a bulk and then for some reason stop training heavy and start lifting light weights for lots of reps when cutting, lifting heavy weights will give you myofibrillar muscle growth, meaning that you will get dense and hard muscle instead of that bloaty looking muscle you see in the gym all the time.
cutting and bulking are done in the kitchen imo. maybe on a cut you could focus a little more on training your abs.

What are you going to cut to? 10%? You are 17% now. Let's assume you lose fat only on your 'cut'. At 150 lbs, you would cut 10.5 lbs. You'd be right back at 140 and look no different than you did before because you have undeveloped abs. Complete waste of time, imo. Post before, current and after pics if you decide to do this. I'm genuinely interested.

Just guna clean bulk just need some advice on were to bulk to also y do people go on about clean foods on websites and articles then u get dudes on ere saying iifym,, us newbs must piss ppl off with the questions but everything seems to contridict and theres no clear path to follow so u end up spinnjng ur own wheels i av done for a while now
