Xtend
Intra-Aid
Purple Wraath
Core ABC
Intrabolic

These are some of the most well-known supplements.. Xtend is one of the most popular ones.. However, you can try some of the other ones… Do share your experience.. I am still into fat-loss much more than building..

Don't forget vegetables.. there are some great ones available in the local farmers' market.. many of them, particularly beet root, is a good anti-catabolics.. don't know much about supplements though.. coz i have mainly focused on building rather than preventing break-downs (catabolism).. just my 2 cents..

Hi Sam,

Can you please elaborate more on usage of vegetables? - Few of my gym friends used to tell me continuously that being vegan is far better than taking supplements.
Though I don't agree, can you please throw some light on it?

Thanks.

A pure free-form anti-catabolic amino acid used to help improve recovery and increase muscle strength and prevent muscle breakdown.

Anti catabolic nutrition should be used immediatly after training. BCCAs, whey protein and a good glycemic injection.
