What do you think is more important & crucial for effective muscle building? There are so many out there that give too much importance to training but with little emphasis on supplements.. However, i believe the other way… what you give your body is more important than how you train the body? what do you think?

According to me, nutrition & training go hand in hand.

If you need to tone your muscle, go for training.

If you need to build mass, go for supplement!
