Hi! So, my weight now is 65 kg. And I'm about 177 cm tall. I'm actually 13 but It's my birthday very soon (8th April). The thing is that I want to get some sort of six pack and good looking arms. Atm I can't go to any gym, Although I can go out and run. I have lots of spare time and the reason to why I want to get this is to be able to talk to girls.
Some basic info: All girls I have been interested in thought I was very funny and "cute". But when I and the girl almost get together theres ALWAYS some guy whos super riped, playing hockey so he does alot of gym n stuff. Stealing my "almost girlfriend". I'd call me abit quiet. The thing is that if I see a girl whos "less cool" or not that attractive etc. I can talk to her without any problems. But when the girl is super hot etc. I just can't talk to her without being nervous. And when I'm nervous I get weird or quiet (unable to continue a conversation). I have some muscles, very strong legs (VERY), Altough my upperbody isn't that good.
What I want: I want a "big" chest, some abs and a better confidence.
What I want answer on: What excercies should I do? For how minutes per day? For how many moths? What should I eat? When should I eat?

EDIT: I THINK I have these breast muscles. Cause I can flex the muscles from the shoulders to the breast a little bit (so that the breast bumps). If that's the wrong muscle then I want to get some breast muscles.
