I'm 21 and been training for a year, I was wondering if training 3 days a week is enough?
Monday:chest,triceps,Tuesday:back biceps,Saturday: legs and shoulders traps…..
That's my workout should I throw in a arm day or something?

3 days a week is enough but not if you are only working 1 bodypart a week.

Yeah its enough if you split muscles like you are doing. But 4 times would be better.
